COST OF SERVICE
The cost of each scheduled session will be $125.00 per session. If further financial circumstances need to be considered, they will be done on a sliding scale fee.
PAYMENT OF FEES
All fees should be paid at the time the service is rendered. cashapp. Venmo, paypal, cash. CDPHP, Aetna, MVP and Fidelis.
CANCELLATIONS and NSF CHECKS
A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is cancelled less than 24 business hours before the appointment time. A no-show is when a client misses an appointment without cancelling. If you must cancel your appointment, we respectfully request 24 business hours notice. Missed appointments, will be charged 100% of your session fee. Appointment cancelled within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will incur a fee of half of your session fee. Thank you for your understanding in this matter.
